I'm a professor of Writing, Rhetoric, and Digital Studies at the University of Kentucky.

I study rhetorical theory through everyday affects, sensations, aesthetics, and spatial contexts. I teach courses in visual rhetorics and cultures, rhetorical theory, rhetorics and popular culture, and creative nonfiction.

I write and publish creative nonfiction.

I also race bikes.
